Patrick J. Mazzanti – President – purchased Norman W. Seip & Associates from its founder in 2005, and has previously spent 18 years with Deutsche Financial Services (“DFS”) unit of Deutsche Bank, with the last 7 as Head of Railroad Finance.  The railroad finance group participated in railroad transactions totaling over $500 Million with responsibilities including portfolio valuation, financial due diligence, legal documentation and asset sales.  Prior experience with DFS included marketing and credit management positions involving aircraft, franchise, and specialized program financings totaling over $2 Billion.

David A. Work – Senior Locomotive and Railcar Inspector - has over thirty years experience in the railroad industry. He has held a variety of positions in the operations and mechanical departments of several railroads and locomotive repair shops including Rome Locomotive Works, Shore Fast Line Railroad and US Steel during his career.  He has been associated with Railroad Appraisal Associates since 1992 as a Locomotive and Car Inspector.

Norman W. Seip –Senior Consultant (Retired) - founder of Norman W. Seip & Associates and President of Ridgefield Development Corporation.  After a 34 year career with General Electric Company, principally in its rail transportation mechanical and electrical product businesses, Norm started NWS&A in 1979 and continues consulting as needed.
